Last week, on the heels of the good (though precipitous!) news on May 15 from the CDC, we announced that any shifts in our own policies and procedures would not be immediate and would be eased in with more preparation.

This Burgundy Policy on Transgender and Gender Nonconforming Students outlines progressive and inclusive practices to ensure that all students, regardless of their gender identity or expression, are safe, seen, affirmed, and respected at Burgundy.

A tradition like no other here at Burgundy! Our oldest Burgundians come together to put on a show just weeks before their graduation and this year is no exception. The class of 2021 is keeping this tradition alive as they perform Beauty and the Beast Jr. on the Campus Commons alongside their entire class.

While we realize that we can’t predict the future, we want to provide some early assumptions about our plans for the Fall, which are based on what we know now.

Jeff shares his family’s experience with the GoGuardian Parent App, encouraging parents of students Grades 3-8 to download it to keep an eye on your child’s use of their Chromebook and create restrictions for screen time while on devices outside of school hours.

A year later, we are excited to now have a taste of athletics again at the farm! While we are not playing other league schools or competing for banners, we are embracing our love of the game and training with passion every day after school.
