Join the Class of 2026 in the Logan Loft Theater on Thursday, May 14 at 4:15 pm, Friday, May 15 at 7:00 pm, and Saturday, May 16 at 3:00 pm as Jack Kelly leads the STRIKE!
Synopsis of Newsies Jr.: Set in turn-of-the-century New York City, Newsies Jr. follows a group of scrappy newsboys led by Jack Kelly as they fight for fair treatment against powerful newspaper publishers, such as Joseph Pulitzer. When prices rise and their already meager earnings are threatened, the newsies organize a strike, discovering the strength of unity, friendship, and speaking out for what’s right. Along the way, they are joined by determined young reporter Katherine Plumber, whose belief in their cause helps bring their story to the city. Filled with high-energy songs, bold choreography, and heartfelt moments, the show celebrates resilience, courage, and the power of young people to create change.
Ticket Information: Online ticket sales are now closed. If you purchase your tickets online your name will be on a list at the theater when you check in the day of the show. Contact us with any questions. Adult tickets are $5, and student tickets are $3 and include one concession. Additional concessions may be purchased at each performance.
Our spring teams have become more competitive; the teamwork throughout the school day and during games is beautiful to see, and the leadership from our 8th graders has been phenomenal.
