Burgundy Farm Country Day School is a progressive, coed day school on a pastoral 25-acre campus near Alexandria, Virginia. We serve 270 children in junior kindergarten through 8th grade. The qualified candidate will have:
- Genuine love of learning and desire to work with children as a facilitator of learning
- Collaborative spirit, flexibility, and professionalism
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage a positive classroom environment
- Commitment to teaching in a diverse community
- Interest in outdoor, hands-on, and environmental education
- Teaching experience and a related degree are preferred.
Compensation: $75/half day and $125/full day
