Fall Fair Vendors
Burgundy Farm Country Day School is a one-of-a-kind independent school for students in junior kindergarten through 8th grade. We believe children learn best in an inclusive, creative, and nurturing environment that engages the whole child.
Securing a vendor table at Burgundy’s Fall Fair is a unique and affordable opportunity to introduce your brand or business to more than 750 members of the Burgundy community and beyond! The annual Fall Fair is a signature school event that launched as a book fair back in the 1950s. All net proceeds support financial aid for Burgundy students.
The Fall Fair will take place Saturday, October 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Our vendors will be set up as part of the Fall Fair Marketplace in a central, covered location. Vendors can access their tables starting at 9 a.m. on the day of the event and must stay throughout the duration of the event. Clean-up begins at 2 p.m. and ends at 4 p.m.
Vendors are expected to provide:
– Materials for sale or display
– Tablecloths or coverings
For the cost of $100, Burgundy will provide:
– 1 x 8ft. table
– 2 chairs
– Positioning in a central, covered location
